Matt Ardito, Field Investigator

 Matt joined CAIPRS in 2006. When he was young, Matt experienced his first paranormal incident when he found an abandoned truck in the woods near his house. Upon approaching the truck, he saw two men arguing with each other, turn to look at him, then vanish into thin air. In 2004, Matt and a group of his friends formed Cape Cod Youth Paranormal (CCYP), a small group that investigated cemeteries and other small hauntings. Recently, Matt applied his ghost hunting knowledge towards a school project in 2006 during which Derek Bartlett agreed to be his mentor. After the project was completed, Matt and Derek agreed that CCYP would disband and that Matt would be recruited into CAIPRS. While always skeptical when it comes to finding evidence, he is always open to new ideas and discoveries, believing that "it is better to look again than assume nothing is there."
