DE-1 Nocturnal lights – Any anomalous lights in the night sky whose description rules out aircraft, stars or meteors.

 

 Unusual numbers in formation, variations if light frequency, different color, shapes, and sizes, unusual maneuvering ability’s.

 

DE-2 Daylight Disk – Disc object’s seen in the daytime sky.

 

Features include: cigars, spheres, eggs and ovals, also point objects. Extremely rapid movement, no sonic boom associated with object. Purposeful directed motion. Seem to have capability of turning on right angles

 

DE-3 Radar-Visual – An object that is seen both visual and on Radar which can not be identified as a conventional aircraft, star or meteor.

 

 Features include: Point source of light or vague shape, usually witnessed at night. Hovering motions, high acceleration and right angle turns.

 

CE-1 Light/object in proximity – Object in close proximity to the witness (within 500 feet).

 

Features: Varity of shapes. Hovering rapid acceleration, very steep ascent/decent.

 

CE-2 Physical Trace – A CE-1 that influences the environment in any way. Usually by leaving physical evidence of its presence or creating electromagnetic interference.

 Features include: Variety of shapes and sizes, usually visuals of appendages such as antennae, domes, and landing gear and light, may have heat vapors and beams of light.

 

Effects to environment: Burned ground traces, broken trees and plants burned or wilted, leaves residual powders, liquids, oils and rare filaments.

Also footprints, electromagnetic interference which can render electrical systems useless, and physiological effects to human beings such as nausea and eye irritation, and in some cases skin burns or irritations, numbness of limbs, feeling of weightlessness and also shock and paralysis, causes animals to behave in abnormal manner.

 

CE-3 Occupant - CE-1 or CE-2 with occupants or entities associated with it.

 

 Features include:  Variety of shapes and sizes; all types of some physical craft even if appearance is of pulsating light. Craft either appears close enough to reveal occupants, lands and occupants leave craft, or entities are indirectly associated with the craft witnessed.

 

Statistics of CE-3 show most appear at night and are witnessed by one or two people. The crafts are usually seen in the air or on the ground. The Entities are primarily 3-4 feet tall, large heads with big almond shaped eyes, and spindly bodies.

The second Entity group which have been witnessed are 5-6 feet tall, mostly normal human appearance.

Some Entities witnessed are machine like or monster like reptilian in nature.

 

Contact with humans is reported also abductions of humans and medical experiments performed on human being during these encounters.
