The following are the procedures we will go through with you. Investigating a home or business is a very intrusive process for everyone. If you are not for an investigation we can help over the telephone as well.

We conduct an in-depth telephone interview with the people who have witnessed or experienced something unusual

We will research the history of the land, building and surroundings.

We will conduct what we call a "preliminary investigation" roughly one week after the initial interview. This will include re interviewing the witnesses and being show the location and the areas where the activity has happened. At this time we will take notes and photographs of the location If deemed necessary and there is enough plausible evidence we will then schedule an investigation with you. We bring 2-3 team members at this time.

An investigation means we will come back to the location with the data we have collected and strategically position our equipment and "sit-in" the location and monitor any anomalies. This can be from two hours to weeks. (depending on the owners and the severity of the case).

 We will return to the office and analyze all the data we have collected during that time

We will deliver our results in a sit down type setting and go over any findings that we may have.

 If the initial analysis is inconclusive, we keep in touch with the originator of the investigation and may make plans, if necessary and appropriate, to return and do a follow up investigation.

All information will  be stored on our CAIPRS data base and any anomalies found.

Results and findings will be placed on the CAIPRS website (names and addresses withheld or changed) so other paranormal investigators have the opportunity to assist CAIPRS with their analysis of findings and so that the information might help their own investigations.
